During our 35 years of business, Protapes & Specialties has evolved into a full range supplier of pressure sensitive tapes servicing a wide range of markets, such as Graphic Arts, Library and School supply, Precession die-cutting & fabricating, Contract & Custom Converting, Retail and General Industrial. With headquarters in North Brunswick, New Jersey, Protapes & Specialties operates out of a 150,000 sq. ft. facility, equipped with a full range of state-of-the art converting and custom packaging equipment. From fully automatic high speed wide-web slitters to precession rotary die-cut and flatbed presses, Protapes’ has invested heavily in equipment and technology designed specifically for the conversion and packaging of pressure sensitive tapes.

Founded in 1977 to service the motion picture and theatrical industries in New York City, Protapes quickly grew to be the largest manufacturer and innovator of premium tape products designed specifically for use in the Arts & Entertainment industry in the United States. Building on our success in the Arts & Entertainment industry, Protapes’ has developed into one of the world’s largest specialty tape converters and manufactures servicing customers and markets in countries all over the globe.
