How long have you been in business?
We have been in business for approximately 25 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Our primary services are building inspection. This could be anything from a simple condominium to a multi-unit apartment complex or commercial building. We offer narrative reports including digital photography.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was a building contractor building new homes and commercial buildings for over 20-years and with my Engineering and educational background this was a perfect fit.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We differentiate ourselves from other businesses in our category because we do not operate out of someone's house or basement. We are a real business with 9 employees and an office building, and we have the construction and engineering background
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have one location, in Woodbridge, but we service 11 counties in New Jersey. We also conduct commercial inspections in New York, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania.
Provide detailed directions to your location
Out best directions are to tell everyone that we are directly across the street from Woodbridge High School, and about 200 yards from the Woodbridge Public Library.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept personal checks, business checks, and cash as payment.
Which areas do you service?
As I noted previously, we service 11 counties in New Jersey, from upper Bergen County to Hunderton County, and as far south as Burlington County.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I am the primary owner of the company and Linda Marosevitch is my office manager on duty daily.
What are your hours of operation?
We generally operate from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM in the office but we also have a night phone that is banked over to my home.
